在教学内容上，人文素质教育与专业基础并重。主干课程有三类：
1、传统国学课程：以原典为中心，培养学生研读能力，文史常识教育贯穿其中。
从第二年开始，实行导师制，培养研究和写作能力。
2、英语及西方文化课：全外教授课，全英语教学。
3、常识与实践课程：泛读、美术、音乐、体育、科学、地理等。

国学课程由国内一流大学相关专业博士学位获得者，或副教授以上专家授课。英语及西方文化课由外教授课。

We can learn from the article that nothing is impossible if you are brave enough. The article talked about the first person with multiple sclerosis who conquered the Seven Summits. Lori Schneider was a woman who had multiple sclerosis -- a serious illness that can gradually make a person weak and lose the ability to move or see. She was unable to feel anything in the right side of her body but she never gave up. She trained herself so that she could finish her personal challenge to scale the highest mountains on all seven continents.

In my opinion, Lori was not only brave but also a person who never gave up. As we all know: nothing is impossible if you put your heart into it. In my view, when you have terrible problems, do not be afraid, just come face to face with them. You should be brave enough and “Don't let the fear in”. And then you will have the confidence to conquer all the difficulties in your life.
